Apple Brandy and Applejack taste very similar. Each distillery and orchard adds its own unique flavors through the distillation and aging process. However, Applejack traditionally has had a sweeter taste due to the apple varieties grown in the United states compared to those grown in France.

The jacking, or freeze distillation process had a dangerous byproduct: Methanol. Methanol, at too high of quantities, results in blindness or death. So in order to assure a safe drink, Applejack today is processed differently to ensure that the dangerous methanol is removed, and the more-favorable ethanol is retained.

Applejack had some trouble in dealing with her feelings. After a talk with Cherry Blossom, Applejack gained courage to ask Cloud Chaser to go on a date with her. In "An Apple Falls for a Pie", they share a kiss in front of everypony. They eventually get marry and have a son name Apple Stom.

Applejack is a male Earth pony from the genderbent version of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, and he'll help his female counterpart with everything that he can, as well as other Martial Arts Kids in his disposal.

Ashley Jane Margaret McIntosh, commonly known as Applejack, is a female Earth pony and one of the main characters of My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic. Her human adaptation appears throughout the Equestria Girls film series representing the Element of Honesty.

From some clues in their lineage record, they *might* have an ancestor in common, but there's no way to be sure. They are, they actually share a same ancestor, which is mentioned in Season Four. Which means they are related and Pinkie Pie is Applejack's cousin.

Big McIntosh (commonly called Big Mac) is Applejack and Apple Bloom's older brother. He does not talk very much and often speaks by saying "ee-yup" and "nope". Starting in "Hard to Say Anything", he starts a romantic relationship with Sugar Belle and they soon get married in.

Apple schnapps is a sweetened apple liqueur most often used in Appletinis. Though in the past you used to be stuck with the sweet tart brands like DeKuyper and Hiram Walker, now there are some higher quality examples available.
