Lots of people love Welsh Rarebit but surprisingly few know how to make it. We want to let you into a secret: it’s very easy. Good bread and our very special mix of Montgomery’s cheddar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and locally brewed Hoxton stout is all you need. Spread, grill, serve. Genius.

Of course, we’ve done all the hard work for you.

For a gastronomic touch, try adding a criss-cross of our Anchovies in Garlic on top and serve with our Date, Apple & Ginger Chutney.
